Payments
We accept most major credit and debit cards using a secure payment method, you can also pay via the pay pal option. Alternatively you can email your order to us at clare.baylis@gmail.com and we will send you details of how to pay via personal cheque or postal order. Please note that we make no additional charge for Uncrossed postal orders but payment via personal cheque will incur a £1.00 admin charge.
Postage and Packaging
All UK orders are charged at £2.50 P&P, with no additional charge for multiple necklaces oredered. Your necklace wll be sealed in a clean sterile bag, wrapped in coloured tissue paper and posted in a padded envelope/box (depending on the size of your order) International orders are always welcome. The P&P costs are dependant on your order size so we advise that you email us for a quote first. (www.clare.baylis@gmail.com)
Guarantees
All of the nursing necklaces we stock are guaranteed for 12 months (although we have never had a return yet!). In the very unlikely event that your necklace does break just return it with proof of purchase and we will either refund you or replace your necklace for you.
Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your nursing necklace return it postmarked within 14 days, 30 days for U.S. and International orders, and receive a full refund. Please include the reason for dissatisfaction, to ensure better service in the future!
Privacy
Pretty Mummy does NOT sell or share your personal or order information. Your phone number and e-mail address are used strictly for the purpose of contacting you about your order, if needed, and to update you on new store products and happenings. On occasion, I may run specials and send out an informative newsletter that you may find useful. If you do not wish to be included in this mailing list, please let me know and you will be removed from it immediately.
Disclaimer
All of the nursing necklaces and reminder bracelets are designed as an aid for you and not as a toy for your baby. Just as with any item which is not specifically designed as a toy they must be used under the strict supervision of an alert and responsible adult and they are certainly not suitable for independent play.
